William C. Lynn

Mr. Lynn received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, Mr.Lynn worked for various law enforcement agencies, both civil and criminal. He first worked at the Investment Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General where he was involved with civil investigations of financial services companies. Mr. Lynn also worked at the New York County District Attorney's Office and the San Francisco District Attorney's Office where he worked on criminal prosecution of frauds, sex crimes, and misdemeanors. Additionally, Mr. Lynn externed for the Honorable Kevin M. McCarthy, of the Superior Court of California, City and County of San Francisco.

Prior to law school, Mr. Lynn's professional background has provided him with a broad base of experience in the securities industry. He was a Compliance Examiner with a bank-owned securities broker-dealer and served in various capacities, including brokerage operations and dispute resolution, at one of the country's top brokerage firms.
