Suzan H. Grisanti

Ms. Grisanti has been a member of the California Bar since 2002. She received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Berkeley and obtained her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from University of California , Hastings College of the Law in 2002, where she received the Order of the Coif and was elected to the Thurston Society. She served as judicial extern for Honorable Judge Arthur Weissbrodt, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. She also was a member of *Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal*.

Ms. Grisanti began her career at Cooley, Godward Kronish LLP in the Corporate Group where she drafted licensing agreements, filed SEC documents, and handled general corporate governance issues. She then worked for Dariyanani and Associates in San Francisco where she specialized in corporate and securities matters for small public companies and closely held, emerging companies. She is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, general corporate matters and commercial transactions.

Ms. Grisanti speaks Mandarin. Her interests include traveling, entertaining and small business. She owned two restaurants and founded an organic soy company.
