James H. Oddie

Mr. Oddie received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School, where he was selected to be the Technical Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review. His article, "Fighting Speech with Speech: Combating Abuses of Section 527 Political Organizations with More Speech, Not Additional Regulation" was published by the USF Law Review in 2005. Mr. Oddie later externed for the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong, of the District Court for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Oddie's work experience is as extensive as it is impressive. He earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago in 1991. His professional background has provided him with a broad base of business experience including business organization and consulting, political finance, and accounting, tax and financial services. Mr. Oddie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, and passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1990.
